The PATT Level 1 Introduction to Tree Planting

The PATT Level 1 Introduction to Tree Planting course is the perfect introduction to working in wild places, planting trees, creating habitats, helping to fight climate change and make a difference.

Who is this course for?

Does this sound like you?

I want to make a difference, to be part of the solution, and to do my bit in helping to fight climate change.

I love the idea of volunteering for a few days a year planting trees.

But I don’t even know where to start.

I would love to volunteer but don’t want to look as if I don’t have a clue!

I would love to volunteer but lack the confidence…

I would love to volunteer and make sure I am doing the best job I can.

I want my trees to thrive, not just survive…

What will I learn?

The benefits of community tree planting

Handling trees correctly

Staying safe

Professional planting tips

Guarding your tree

Scouting

Maintaining your tree

Recoding success
